After years of providing boilers, burners, gas boosters and temporary mobile boilers for buildings without heat, along with emergency services from the top technicians in New York, the Boileroom Group now has the ability to fabricate boilers on-site.

Authorized by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), Boileroom Fabrication can build the boilers at field sites making us capable of working with several different metal types besides cast iron and cast aluminum. Boileroom Fabrication is also certified to modify and repair field erected boilers and pressure vessels, as well as alter other pressure-retaining objects
Our National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors membership authorizes Boileroom Fabrication to complete field assembly work for knock down boiler designs.
Boileroom Fabrication is H-stamp authorized by the ASME to manufacture heating boilers in accordance with the applicable rules of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. This allows our team to field fabricate low-pressure steam, low-pressure hot water, and high-pressure hot water boilers within the confines of a boiler room.
Boileroom Fabrication and all its personnel are R-Stamp certified, giving you the peace of mind that your boilers are being fabricated to be code certified. The ‘R’ stamp is issued by The National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors for the alterations or repairs of steam boilers. This certification helps ensure that such alterations or repairs are only done by capable fabricators who can meet the requirements of the code. In the USA, anyone providing these services is required by law to be authorized by the National Board. Our team of boilermakers is certified to perform any repair activity on an ASME-certified steam boiler, pressure vessel, and related piping.
